Key Responsibilities- Foster and build strong working relationships with Global Nursery teams, founded on trust and collaboration.
- Work closely with fruit agronomy Tech Transfer and Applied Research teams to create, maintain, and champion an open collaborative environment that promotes knowledge and technology sharing.
- Act as a conduit to connect all relevant parties to key initiatives and opportunities for collaboration and networking.
- Identify knowledge gaps and facilitate or train directly Local agronomy colleagues in the execution of key production processes and techniques to elevate uniformity and consistency of fruit production systems across different Business Units.
- Collaborate with all other R&D functional groups, Applied Research, and regional Agronomy, Operational, and Production teams to ensure deployment of technologies and information to growers globally.
- Work with GATT lead to identify knowledge packages that augment the genetic value of genetic cultivar, maintaining a deep understanding of Driscoll's breeding programs, nursery, and production systems and environments.
