The Tooling Agent will provide technical support for tooling in production line manufacturing processes.

They will harmonize requirements for purchasing, planning, and timely execution of tool orders and requests.

The ideal candidate will support the administration of the assigned unit's budget, seeking cost reduction opportunities under the supervision of the leader.

Key responsibilities include managing the execution of the maintenance plan, participating in certifications according to the schedule for tools, and resolving non-conformities and optimizing operations.

The successful candidate will propose and execute improvements in processes related to the department and develop proposals for tool development from conceptualization to design, manufacturing, and installation.

They will coordinate project plans, report progress in a timely manner, and develop standards and procedures for verification and control of tools to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
