Job Summary

At Bombardier, we are seeking a skilled Tooling Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical support regarding tooling for the production line manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will harmonize requirements for purchasing, planning, and on-time execution, and support the administration of the assigned unit's budget, under the supervision of the leader, looking for cost reduction opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support regarding tooling for the production line manufacturing processes.
* Harmonize requirements for purchasing, planning, and on-time execution for the area, which initiates a tool order/request.
* Support in the administration of the assigned unit's budget, under the supervision of the leader, looking for cost reduction opportunities.
* Manage the execution of the maintenance plan and participate in certifications according to the schedule for the tools.
* Participate in the resolution of non-conformities and optimization of operations.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
* Knowledge of resource planning and budgeting, generating reporting metrics to evaluate project costs within the team and ensuring adherence to planned budgets.
* Intermediate level of English to communicate with international vendors.
* Knowledge in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
