Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Lionbridge. As an HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our global HR operations and providing exceptional service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Data Management: Accurately enter and update employee data in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. New Hire Support: Assist with initial contact and guide new hires through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  3. Onboarding/Offboarding Assistance: Help facilitate seamless transitions for employees joining or leaving the company, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
  4. General HR Support: Provide administrative support for various HR processes, including employee lifecycle changes, document management, and data maintenance.
  5. Payroll and Benefits Support: Enter basic payroll information for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Experience: 1 to 2 years of HR Operations experience, with a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  4. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  5. Personal Qualities: Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with a strong eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
