We are seeking an experienced Data and Insights Director to lead our data capabilities in the LATAM region.

Job Description

This pivotal role involves developing and executing a data strategy for social media clients in the North and South America regions. You will provide thought leadership in data analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and oversee three critical teams: Insights Team, Media Connections Planning, and Media Specialists.

You will foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within each team, setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success. You will also collaborate closely with clients and client teams to understand their data-related needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a data strategy for social media clients in the North and South America regions.
  • Provide thought leadership in data analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee three critical teams: Insights Team, Media Connections Planning, and Media Specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within each team.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and client teams to understand their data-related needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within data analytics in a social media or digital marketing context.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
