About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Employment Specialist to join our team at 500 Global. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the international growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain employment agreements and contracts for global hires, contractors, and consultants, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Address and escalate contracting issues related to coaches, mentors, or other short-term engagements.
  • Maintain document retention and version control of employment offers and contract templates.
  • Organize and track information, periodically auditing archives for accuracy and completeness, maintaining electronic recordkeeping of documents, including employment, compliance, role change, and other such information.
  • Liaise with the wider People department, Hiring Managers, or Legal functions as needed.
Requirements
  • Mac & PC Proficient
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tech savvy and able to learn and adopt new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, International Business or related field
  • Fluent English speaker
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some professional work experience gained through internship or full-time employment
  • Experience with Airtable
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Strong customer service and people skills
