Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Assistant to join our team at Grupo Prodensa - Oru Kayak. As a key member of our sales and logistics team, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls to identify and qualify potential retailers and customers, introducing our products and services, and following up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential retailers and customers.
  • Introduce Oru Kayak's products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Achieve set sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
  • Provide regular reports to the sales manager, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (Verbal and Written)
  • Visa and Ability to travel frequently to visit retailers, attend trade shows, and industry events.
  • B2B Sales Experience preferably in a similar role or within the outdoor industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
