Customer Support Specialist

At Equivity, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via FreshDesk
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate order fulfillment and logistics coordination
  • Generate and manage sales leads through CRM software
  • Schedule customer meetings for outside sales team
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
Light Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media updates, and website content
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and promotional items
Back Office Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and record-keeping tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Proficiency in Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) , Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • $18,000 - $20,000 pesos per month
  • Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
