- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate order fulfillment and logistics coordination
- Generate and manage sales leads through CRM software
- Schedule customer meetings for outside sales team
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media updates, and website content
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and promotional items
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and record-keeping tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Proficiency in Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) , Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
- $18,000 - $20,000 pesos per month
- Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
