As a Retention Lifecycle Manager at Beincrypto, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy-to-execution. This includes building and executing CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders, leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce, Braze, and LeanPlum, and analyzing campaign results to optimize and create operational plans.
You will also be responsible for conducting data analysis, using data to inform a lifecycle roadmap, and partnering with our Data Intelligence and Growth Analytics teams to measure and attribute impact across KPIs. Additionally, you will continuously improve through an ongoing lifecycle experiment roadmap, testing across incentives, creative, content, features, and cadence.
Requirements- 8+ years of experience leading the development of complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy-to-execution.
- Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong awareness of user operations, including loyalty programs.
- Advanced skills in Analytic tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Big Query.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
