The Role

You will join our close-knit team as an Employer Brand, Social Media & Content Specialist. This role involves managing social media channels for one of our largest global clients within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry.

Your responsibilities include executing new content requests, scheduling content within designated publishing tools, and monitoring comments and engagements.

You will also proactively manage the end-to-end workflow of content creation following established processes, documentation, and project management standards.

An excellent partnership with client stakeholders and the wider team is essential, requiring proactive communication throughout the content lifecycle.

You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and writing engaging content to activate the client's Employer Brand.

This includes social media copy, careers website copy, talent community newsletter copy, blogs, and other content types.

Collaboration with our in-house creative team is necessary to create content that complements various creative assets.

Staying up-to-date with current market and technology trends is crucial, providing thought leadership on industry best practices.

You will analyze performance data to make recommendations on how to optimize the content strategy.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in employer brand and content, ideally overseeing a company's social media presence and content strategy.

Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, including presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.

A strong attention to detail with a desire for accuracy and quality is essential.

Creativity in content curation, copywriting, and copy-editing with a customer-centric focus is required.

You must be able to analyze complex information from various sources, distill key conclusions, and provide impactful content and optimization solutions.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
