Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current company processes to identify areas for improvement through digitalization.
- Identify, implement, and oversee the adoption of digital tools that optimize the organization's efficiency and productivity.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring adequate training and support for employees.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions that keep the company competitive in the market.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure the alignment of digital objectives with company goals.
- Monitor the performance of digital initiatives, making adjustments when necessary to achieve established objectives.
- Lead digital transformation projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in the business field (AI, big data, cloud computing, etc.).
- Experience in managing complex projects, preferably in a digital environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate the benefits and challenges of digital transformation at different levels of the organization.
- Ability to lead teams and manage resistance to change within the organization.
- Competence in data analytics and the ability to solve complex problems through digital solutions.
What We Offer
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business administration, or related fields.
- 6 months of experience in similar roles (implementing digital initiatives).
- English proficiency.
