Position for Novo Nordisk GBS Mexico

We are seeking a Senior Analyst- Sponsorship Operations to join our North America Operations Ethics & Compliance Department.

The ideal candidate will support the Corporate Sponsorships engagement process, including reviewing sponsorship requests, advising business on best practices of engagement with nonprofits, and performing or assisting with compliance review in identification/mitigation of risk of each sponsorship case.

Key responsibilities include implementing and executing the Ethics & Compliance Corporate Sponsorships processes, assisting users with entry and performing system admin activities, tracking of requests for compliance and trend analyses, and Group Mailbox queries.

The successful candidate will work directly with North Americas Operation's employees in the field & home office as well as some Global stakeholders to ensure that they are entering their sponsorship requests in an effective, timely and ethical manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields preferred; certifications are a plus.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT customer-facing roles, with preference for experience in finance, workflow systems, healthcare, and compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, uphold ethical standards, and work well in a collaborative, proactive team environment with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

About the Department

This position will be based in GBS Mexico, working directly with the North Americas Operations team in the United States.
