Senior Analyst - Sponsorship Operations

Novo Nordisk is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our North America Operations Ethics & Compliance Department. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's corporate sponsorships are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Corporate Sponsorships engagement process, including reviewing sponsorship requests, advising business on best practices, and performing compliance reviews.
  • Implement and execute Ethics & Compliance Corporate Sponsorships processes, including system administration, tracking, and trend analysis.
  • Work closely with North America Operations employees and global stakeholders to ensure effective, timely, and ethical sponsorship requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT customer-facing roles, with a preference for finance, workflow systems, healthcare, and compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
