Responsibilities:- Capture business and user requirements as Stories and collaborate with Platform Administrators to ensure delivery meets specifications.
- Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis for current and future states during workshops with stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze options, and recommend solutions with detailed pros, cons, and risks.
- Drive continuous process improvement through metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and role accountabilities.
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants and ServiceNow Architects to design and implement technical strategies and solutions.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in the ServiceNow platform and product suites.
- Experience in Agile Business Analysis methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and defining themes, epics, and stories.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to abstract information for various stakeholders, including customers, design partners, and core team members.
- Proficient understanding of ITIL concepts and processes.
- Strong documentation skills and expertise in BA techniques such as Wireframing, Prototyping, and Storyboarding.
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM and CMDB domains; fair understanding of ITOM is a plus.
- An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A fully remote work environment.
