Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process issues
- Develop and maintain process documentation and metrics to track progress and measure success
- Provide training and coaching to team members on Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools
- 2-3 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement or related role
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
