Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and curious Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for investigating user pain points, reviewing user alert details, and making determinations/escalations. You will also work closely with other teams to improve our product offerings and messaging around evolving onboarding requirements.
