Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage calendars and schedules, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely responses
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses for assigned executives, maintaining a fiscally responsible approach
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive communications and documents
  • Plan and coordinate small team gatherings and events, enhancing collaboration and morale

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a tech/SaaS environment preferred
  • 2-4 years of related work experience (general office administration or reception) and general knowledge within their functional area
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
