We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Mondelez International.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time role that will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative assistance with budget management, expense tracking, and purchasing processes.
- Managing archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Completing and updating reports, maintaining systems, and data.
- Carrying out additional projects and tasks as requested.
- Coordinating logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc.
