Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
Job Description:
The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the Corporate HR Team, Directors, and employees within the company. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing front-desk reception support, executing special projects, and participating in events.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Reception Support: Provide back-up reception support to the Facility Lead, maintain Standard Operating Procedures, and answer phone calls coming into the general SSC telephone line.
- Special Projects and Events: Assist with planning the Annual Recognition event, manage meeting room access, draft and distribute event communications, and serve as an Emergency Response Coordinator.
- Administrative Support: Request IT equipment access, assist with HR department invoices, maintain office supply inventory, and schedule meetings/conference calls.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 1+ year's office coordinator/administrative or customer service experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs, possess strong organization skills, and have excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
A background in administrative HR experience, internal communication, CANVA, Photoshop, or similar, and experience in corporate event coordination would be beneficial.
