About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Courtyard Mexico City Toreo. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
