About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Courtyard Mexico City Airport. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing other similar responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and easily accessible.
  • Clean and maintain public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
  • Perform other similar responsibilities as required, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time, and to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
