Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at the Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
