Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and engaging store experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
