Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and facilitating the digital transformation journey for our clients. With over 5-10 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise to guide organizations through strategic changes, improve business processes, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand client needs, align on digital transformation goals, and design strategic roadmaps.
- Create comprehensive content, including strategy documents, transformation plans, and presentation slides, to effectively communicate transformation initiatives to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital transformation to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Work closely with clients to implement digital transformation strategies, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on transformation progress.
- Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation and consulting, with a desirable background in top-tier management consulting firms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in digital transformation frameworks, agile methodologies, project management tools, and emerging technologies (AI, cloud computing, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth research and develop data-driven recommendations.
