Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute international transport operation schemes, aligning with commercial area requests and quotes.
- Lead a team of operational analysts in monitoring 24/7, ensuring operational plans are executed effectively.
- Identify improvement initiatives in current operations and volumetric opportunities for clients.
- Guide and support team members in finding solutions to problems.
- Represent the team as a front and contain issues.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or international trade.
- 4 years of experience in operations, with 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in the cross-border market (Mexico-USA-Canada).
- Advanced English language skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and partnerships, inspire followership, and lead through others.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, externally oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
- Proven experience in building effective cross-border businesses or relationships.
- Knowledge of ERP, TMS, and CRM systems.
