Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our industrial construction projects in México. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and quality control processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in senior project management roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex industrial construction projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
