Job Summary:

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. Your expertise in SAP costing and inventory management will be instrumental in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP costing and inventory management best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting and SAP costing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
