  • Knowledge of credit risk models, policies, and key performance indicators
  • Good coding skills, including SQL, Python, or Scala, and experience with large datasets
  • Advanced or fluent English language skills
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and short-term deliverables

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Expected Credit Loss models, financial forecasting, and international standards such as IFRS9 and Basel III
  • Effective communication skills, including presenting projects to senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in modeling and machine learning techniques
