Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including checking in and checking out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with special requests, such as arranging for extra towels or pillows, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
