About the Role

Culture Flipper is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing and Retail Media Expert to join our team as an independent contractor on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM Spanish market and be able to provide expert-level guidance on performance marketing and retail media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the localization process of our client's ad serving platform for the Latin American Spanish market
  • Collaborate with our Creative Team to ensure seamless experiences for LATAM Spanish-speaking digital and performance marketing strategists and managers
  • Review, validate, and rework bilingual team's LATAM Spanish translation work of the U.S. original ad serving platform
  • Provide precise, updated terminology used in the LATAM Spanish performance and retail media marketing sphere
  • Test and evaluate our LATAM Spanish localized version of the ad serving platform and share detailed feedback with our Creative Team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in executing and managing data-driven digital and performance media experiences across industry-leading platforms in social commerce and retail or social media spheres in Latin America
  • 2+ years of experience in Amazon ads
  • Native or near-native LATAM Spanish proficiency
  • Collaborative and strong communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in the LATAM Spanish retail media e-commerce and digital media space
