Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technology Associate Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Premium Hub-Center of Expertise, you will provide technical expertise and support to our customers, helping them to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and participate in SAP customer implementations, from blueprint to operation and optimization phases.
  • Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
  • Support team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and grow referenceable customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and be responsive to project and customer needs.
  • Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Take initiative, drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and engage in continuous professional learning of SAP products.
  • Learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
  • Utilize time efficiently to achieve effective and efficient results.
  • Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.

Requirements

  • 1 year related work experience.
  • Completion of SAP course or project work through academics is preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team player and independently.
  • Analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written presentation, and listening.
  • Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision-making, and networking skills.
  • Experience in handling customers and driving innovation.

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux) is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge in SAP HANA is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
  • SAP Certifications are preferred.
