Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to cloud products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues, driving process improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of cloud computing concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise solutions to their technical needs.
- Participate in critical events, driving customer communication and ensuring seamless support experiences.
Requirements
- Experience with system administration and troubleshooting in Linux and/or Windows.
- Experience with networking and troubleshooting.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting email services.
- Understanding of content delivery networks.
- Understanding of streaming video, digital video, and audio standards.
- Knowledge of video packaging and delivery mechanisms.
- Experience with messaging and queueing.
- Experience in scripting (e.g., Bash, Java, Python, PowerShell).
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
