About the Role

Servicios Comerciales Amazon México S. De R.L. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with Amazon safety standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits to identify compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate incident investigation process and maintain required paperwork to comply with Amazon and STPS regulations.
  • Enter Safety Incident Information in internal database in a timely manner.
  • Perform safety observations and audits, and train and assist others to complete their safety responsibilities.
  • Participate in process improvement activities and manage actions to completion.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate health and safety needs to all levels of the organization.
  • Calm demeanor in emergency situations.
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focus skills.
  • Ability to analyze accident data, new processes, and machinery for potential safety concerns and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses.
  • Experienced in emergency response and currently holds First aid and CPR certificates.
  • Experience in accident classification case management according to IMSS.
  • Passion for safety.
