Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product/Segment Marketing Manager to join our team at Msa Safety. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth for our product segments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate our products in the market
  • Own local execution of the new product launch process as it applies to the segment
  • Develop and implement exciting demand creation initiatives to drive demand for the product
  • Support sales on major products demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows
  • Work in partnership with Marcom to regionalize collateral material for existing and new products
  • Manage annual and special pricing process
  • Collaborate with Sales, CX, Customer Service, Service, Operations, and Logistics to ensure alignment of activities
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge in products, standards, and regulations of the safety industry
  • Technical sales process and/or customer-facing role experience
  • Profile: analytic, business insight, and entrepreneurship
  • 5 years of business experience, 3 years' experience in marketing
  • Product line management experience (industrial, chemical, or retail)
  • Second language: English Spoken and written (Proficiency)
  • Work experience interacting with customers or distributors
