Key Responsibilities- Manage the annual sales budget and monthly forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Oversee the annual update process for standard costs to maintain accurate cost accounting and financial reporting.
- Communicate financial results to plant, business units, and relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Analyze monthly financial performance to identify variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis in Blackline to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare quarterly balance sheet reviews to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Submit and review monthly income statement forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Support external audits and quarterly reviews by working closely with auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Track and manage expenses for all capital and tooling projects to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Reconcile customer advances and provide monthly sales reports to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4-6 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in manufacturing companies.
- Strong leadership and supervision abilities to manage and motivate a team.
- Expertise in variance analysis and costing to provide accurate financial insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and present financial data.
- Advanced English language skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
