Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing the annual sales budget and monthly forecasts, overseeing the annual update process for standard costs, and communicating financial results to plant, business units, and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual sales budget and monthly forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee the annual update process for standard costs to maintain accurate cost accounting and financial reporting.
  • Communicate financial results to plant, business units, and relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance to identify variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis in Blackline to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly balance sheet reviews to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Submit and review monthly income statement forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Support external audits and quarterly reviews by working closely with auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Track and manage expenses for all capital and tooling projects to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Reconcile customer advances and provide monthly sales reports to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4-6 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in manufacturing companies.
  • Strong leadership and supervision abilities to manage and motivate a team.
  • Expertise in variance analysis and costing to provide accurate financial insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and present financial data.
  • Advanced English language skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
