Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities of production operators to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to coordinate production requirements and staff scheduling.
  • Assist lead setups with quality issues and schedule changes as needed.
  • Facilitate the expediting of materials from receiving to production and finished goods to shipment to minimize production delays.
  • Coordinate and monitor the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Lead by example and align with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct, fostering a proactive work culture.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree

High level of commitment and flexibility

Willingness and ability to work shifts

Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
