At Freudenberg, we are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the activity of production operators and interacting with departmental managers to coordinate production requirements and staff scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production operators to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Coordinate with departmental managers to schedule production and manage staff.
  • Assist with quality issues and schedule changes as required.
  • Expedite materials from receiving to production and finished goods to shipment to minimize production delays.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
  • High level of commitment and flexibility.
  • Ability to work shifts and meet the physical demands of the position.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment.
