We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor Lead to join our team at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies de Mexico S.A. de C.V.

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor Lead will oversee the daily activities of production operators, ensuring seamless coordination with departmental managers and effective staff scheduling.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for resolving quality issues and making necessary changes to minimize production delays.

You will also be responsible for expediting materials from receiving to production and finished goods to shipment, while maintaining compliance with all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment.

About You:

  • You have a High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of commitment and flexibility
  • You are willing and able to work shifts and meet the physical demands of the position
  • You are flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Benefits:

Freudenberg Group offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Estimated Salary: $90,000 per year
