Academic Research Sales Ambassador

Seize a pivotal role in driving the growth of Indigo Research's academic services for high school students. As a Sales Representative, you will build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents across various markets while promoting our research services to meet their academic needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers, including high school students and parents, primarily from the US, Canada, and LATAM.
- Conduct sales presentations and virtual meetings to showcase the value of Indigo Research's services.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and offering exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue and growth objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with high school students and their parents, promoting our research services to meet their academic needs.
Your Background:
- A Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in sales or a business/education-oriented field from a top-tier US/UK University is required.
- You should have knowledge of the high school education system and college admissions process in the US/UK.
- A proven track record in sales, especially in selling services to the education sector or a similar target audience, is essential.
- You are self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- You are proactive and persistent in pursuing leads and converting them into customers.
- You are comfortable with technology, virtual communication tools, and remote sales processes to efficiently connect with clients and team members.
- You can adapt to different markets and creatively approach sales strategies.
- You can communicate persuasively and confidently with a high degree of empathy and deep cross-cultural comfort.
- Experience with Salesforce and Groove is a plus.
