About the RoleWe're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Customer Success Ambassador to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by qualifying leads, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)
Job DescriptionYour primary focus will be on:
- Promptly following up on leads who've expressed interest in Zendesk, ensuring timely communication and successful conversion rates
- Completing qualification calls to identify prospect needs, tailor our solutions, and create opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with Account Executives to schedule quality meetings, develop strategic plans, and achieve monthly targets
- Fostering a positive and dynamic team environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and collaboration
Requirements
- An active listener with the ability to gather customer requirements and connect them to the Zendesk solution
- Strong verbal and written English communications skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Passion for sales, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Goal-oriented team player with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
- Transferable sales, customer-facing, or internship experience with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets and achieving business objectives
