About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Customer Success Ambassador to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by qualifying leads, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Description

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Promptly following up on leads who've expressed interest in Zendesk, ensuring timely communication and successful conversion rates
  • Completing qualification calls to identify prospect needs, tailor our solutions, and create opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to schedule quality meetings, develop strategic plans, and achieve monthly targets
  • Fostering a positive and dynamic team environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and collaboration

Requirements

  • An active listener with the ability to gather customer requirements and connect them to the Zendesk solution
  • Strong verbal and written English communications skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
  • Passion for sales, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Goal-oriented team player with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
  • Transferable sales, customer-facing, or internship experience with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets and achieving business objectives
