Responsibilities:

  • Transport executives and senior management to and from various locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Plan and organize the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, including fueling, oil changes, and tire rotations.
  • Monitor and address any mechanical issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assist executives with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Anticipate and address any potential risks or safety hazards during transportation.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the executive's office or administrative staff to schedule appointments and manage the daily itinerary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive driver or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and other relevant technology.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as luggage.
  • Good vision and hearing abilities.
