Job Overview

This role involves supporting the Underwriter area for administrative and technical activities focused on low-risk accounts.

The responsibilities include collecting information, verifying and entering data into relevant systems, preparing risk underwriting analysis documents, and performing general administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Identification and Resolution: Identify and resolve systems alerts and freezes into the quoting process to resolve discrepancies and avoid account conflicts.
  • Data Analysis and Preparation: Analyze and prepare supporting documents for the review and evaluation of Subscription risk appetite.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Provide customer service, proactively interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain updated files of all accounts, in accordance with internal rules and procedures.
  • Compliance and Performance Metrics: Ensure compliance with service level agreements and volume, accuracy, and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Completed higher education, at least 1 to 3 years of experience, and/or training related to insurance (Insurance Companies or Insurance Brokers).
  • Technical Skills and Expertise: Strong understanding of quality performance data, business SLAs, MS Office proficiency, and basic English language skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
