The RoleThis position is responsible for developing, presenting, selling in, and managing end-to-end merchandise based promotional programs for a targeted account base. You'll work closely with our creative, operations, and digital teams to direct workflows and projects, and manage various sales and web analytic tools to analyze merchandise and user data.
Responsibilities- Report directly to the Sr. Account Manager as a sales support role in client initiatives, sales opportunities, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Cultivate overall client relations by being accessible, reviewing and planning for their business, consistently delivering value to them every day.
- Become an expert on your client's brands, business, and competitive landscape, providing strategic recommendations and creative ideas on an ongoing basis.
- Promote and encourage ongoing programs and revenue-producing opportunities.
- Work with vendors and third-party partners on the curation and development of merchandise and product solutions that meet your client's needs and budgets.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- BA/BS preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, promotions, or retail industries.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage details, and tight deadlines.
- Impeccable follow-up skills, excellent English written and verbal skills, and attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary of 40,000 - 50,000 MXN Gross per month, according to experience. Additionally, we provide:
- 30 days Christmas bonus.
- 15 vacation days in the first year increasing as dictated by law.
- 25% vacation premium.
- $3,257.10 Food vouchers per month.
- $350 Telework allowance.
- $1,000 Telephone allowance.
- 10% annual salary as a yearly performance bonus subject to company performance.
- Insurance for major medical expenses including coverage for employees and their direct dependents.
- 2 Live Well Days (one in March and one in October).
- 2 volunteer days to contribute to the cause of your choice.
- 5 sick days.
- 1 Festive day (in December).
