**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Lead to join our Regional Central Planning Hub in the Americas Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all Supply Chain Planning Operational & Tactical activities for all Carib + OpCos in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective Demand Planning, Production & FGs Imports Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), and Replenishment Planning strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with OpCos to increase Planning Competencies and Maturity, ensuring compliance with Heineken Standard Ways of Working.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to OpCos on Supply Chain Planning best practices and process improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with a strong background in at least 2 planning processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
  • High level of English proficiency (fluent).
  • Low travel frequency.
