Supply & Inventory Planner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply & Inventory Planner to join our team in Monterrey. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze inventory levels, demand, and lead times to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Maintain and improve supply chain KPIs, identifying areas for process efficiency and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and validate production plans to meet market needs, optimizing production wheels, MOQs, and machine capacities.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Negotiate with markets to reach mutually beneficial supply chain agreements.
  • Present KPIs and action plans to various stakeholders, driving business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Desirable SAP knowledge or similar planning system.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Responsibility, commitment, and honesty.
