Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage help desk software or ticket systems to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in the support system for future reference.
  • Troubleshoot simple software issues using knowledge-base articles and FAQs.
  • Provide expert assistance regarding company products or services.
  • Stay up-to-date with updates, changes, and new developments within the company.
  • Research questions on available resources (FAQ manual).
  • Delegate complex customer issues to L2 support specialists.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or service roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a technical field is a plus.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or products are a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software/tools.
  • Able to convey technical information clearly.
  • Empathetic.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Multitasking.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the US and other countries where Helpware operates. Our salaries vary by location, but we strive to offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
