Job Description:

The Product Design team at Stx Next Sp Z.O.O. is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our efforts. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex design problems and create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their end-users.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and their target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and marketing, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Design and develop user interfaces that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Create design assets, including illustrations and micro-interactions, to support the design process.
  • Maintain high visual quality of deliverables and ensure consistency across all design elements.
  • Support other designers in the team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial design projects, with a focus on user experience and interface design.
  • Strong understanding of business fundamentals and the ability to articulate design decisions in business terms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user experience and interface design.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong hand-crafted illustration skills and the ability to create high-quality design assets.
  • Strong command of English (B2) and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
