Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer on our ChiliCal team, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our scheduling solution. You'll work closely with your product manager and developers to design features that simplify and enhance the everyday tasks of our users.

Your focus will be on making complex processes intuitive and easy to navigate, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, efficient, and visually appealing.

In addition to your design expertise, we're looking for someone who can help us build our product-led motion across ChiliCal. This includes creating effective onboarding paths, driving cross-sell opportunities, and supporting feature adoption to ensure our users get the most out of the product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design efforts for our ChiliCal product, owning the end-to-end process from concept to final UI.
  • Tackle complex, enterprise-level challenges and turn them into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • Initiate research and discovery efforts in collaboration with our UX Researcher to inform your design decisions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for product improvements and new features, using your skills in prototyping to bring your ideas to life.
  • Maintain high visual standards by utilizing and expanding our Design System.
  • Define success metrics in collaboration with your team and work towards achieving them.
  • Stay informed about competitors and the needs of our target personas.
