Senior UX Designer/Researcher

We are seeking a dedicated Senior UX Designer and Researcher who is interested in joining a highly dynamic and intellectually inspiring Product Development team at Verato, a high-growth healthcare technology company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users and partners in a fast-paced environment with multiple business priorities.
- Measure effectiveness of the user and partner experience by defining research protocols, relevant metrics and establishing cadence to review.
- Be an agent of change on a team committed to achieving user-focused, mission-driven excellence.
- You will have a precise focus on proactively protecting the privacy and security of all systems while always ensuring you are following documented policies and procedures.
- Scaling and shaping the UX research function.
- Expertise in conducting end-to-end user research studies; planning, recruitment, execution, analysis and delivery.
**Requirements:**
- 7+ years of relevant experience designing best in class user experiences.
- Experience balancing product, development, and user-centered goals to help shape overall product strategy.
- Fluency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD etc.
- Experience working on a product from inception to shipment.
- Analytic, process-oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach to interacting with other teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen, empathize, navigate, and mediate conflict and foster partnership.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Understanding of customer experience principles and experience with journey mapping.
- Ideally, experience in healthcare.
