About the Role

As an Indie Campers Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various teams to achieve regional growth targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing profitability in your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region, leveraging market insights and data analysis.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue, providing actionable insights for growth initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics, informing strategic decisions and driving regional growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional team and the HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing regional budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in a growth/marketing role, with a proven track record of driving regional growth and expansion.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making; excellent organizational and time management skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence; motivated by taking ownership of tasks and driving continuous improvement.
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
